Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 8:15 am - 10:15 am. There were 50 children in care being supervised by 8 staff. The children were observed eating breakfast, participating in table-top activities, and reading books. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of six child records and four staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description: Based on review of six children's records it was determined that not all records contained documentation of a physical within the first thirty days of enrollment. Evidence: The records for child A and child B (start date: 01/30/24) did not have documentation of a physical on file.
