An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated by inspector on February 7, 2024, continued on February 14, 2024 and February 22, 2024 and completed on March 14, 2024 regarding concerns of administration and programs. During the inspection the following were completed: interviews with administrative staff, a review of records/documentation, observation of the of staff to child interactions and the afternoon program routine /procedures. Additionally, there were staff and collateral interviews, and a review of pertinent documentation during the investigative process. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does support not the allegation related to administration and programs; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
