This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program .
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/11/2022 and concluded on 01/11/2022. The person in charge was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 6 children present and 2 staff. The inspector emailed the person in charge a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-70 Description: Based on record review, the licensee did not enusre there was documentation to demonstrate that the individual possesses the education, certification, and experience required by the job position.
Evidence: Documentation provided during the inspection for Staff #1 record did not demonstrate that the individual possess the education and certification require for a program director.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
