A complaint inspection was conducted on December 4, 2023 at 10am in response to a complaint that was received by the department on October 23, 2023, regarding allegations in the supervision of the children at the center and the physical plant. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, and a tour of the entire facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be Not Valid. No violations were issued.
