An unannounced annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 12/22/22 from 10:40am until 11:20am. The vendor does not currently have any children in care who receive subsidy funding. Two vendor/household member records were reviewed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan and documentation of emergency practice drills were also reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were cited.
