Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced monitor inspection on August 23, 2022. There was one 6 month old child present under the direct care of the Provider throughout today's inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children records and 3 staff/household member records during the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-350-E Description: Based on inspection, the Licensee failed to maintain hot water at taps available to the children within a range of 105 degrees F to degrees F.
EVIDENCE:
