Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/29/24 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. with the Director. There were 24 children in care, ranging in age from 18 months to five-years-old, supervised by six staff. The children were observed playing outside. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has six staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and six staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. One medication and the corresponding authorization form were reviewed. The center has three staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
