Inspector spoke to the provider about 250F and the background check requirements during this inspection.
- Comments:

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/28/2024 to review the subsidy health and safety requirements. At the time of inspectors' arrival there was 1 child in care with the provider. The child was observed interacting with the provider. The provider's record and the household member's records were reviewed. Medications are not being administered at this time. There have been no injury reports since the last inspection. Violations of the subsidy health and safety requirements are detailed on the Violation Notice and were discussed with the provider at the conclusion of this inspection.
