The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection in addition to an investigation in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 04/18/2024 regarding allegations in the area of Programs. Interviews were conducted with staff, records reviewed and observations of the program were made relating to the allegation. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
