An announced initial inspection was conducted on October 2, 2023, from 9:00am-11:15 am. The CDC is located in the lower level of a business building which was previously licensed by another CDC back on 4/2022. There were no children enrolled at this time. The playground and 5 classrooms were inspected and measured. Reviewed documents used for children records, reviewed the emergency preparedness plan, policy and procedures. Inspected cribs, emergency supplies and required postings. The rooms measured for 91 children but the building official allows 81. The applicant is going to contact the building official to request an increase to the total capacity.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
