An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/3/2024 from 12:15 to 1:20pm. There were 7 children (infant to preschool) directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, 1 child's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed preparing for and taking naps. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
