An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the center director and center staff on November 8, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 4 infants and toddlers, 7 two year olds, and 11 preschool children with four staff present. The children were having rest time, playing with manipulatives at the table (puzzles and foam blocks), and eating afternoon snack.
Snack served today: oranges and Cheez Its. The children played musical chairs and sang songs. Five children's files were reviewed - please see Supplemental Summary for details. There are no medications on site; there are four staff on site current in Medication Administration Training. The last health inspection was conducted 6/17/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 3/28/2019. Evacuation drills have been conducted monthly and the last shelter in place drill was conducted 9/10/2019.
