Comments:
85 children were in care during the monitoring inspection. The age range of the children in care was three months to five years. The school age children started arriving at 400pm. Children were observed during rest time, snack and free play. Six staff are current in MAT. Inspection time1:45pm-4:15pm

Violations:
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-510-A
Description: Based on review of medications not all had authorizations. Evidence: Child A and B did not have current parent authorizations Child A expired 3/24/18 and child B expired 3/13/18.

Plan of Correction: We will give the parents new authorizations to fill out.
