Technical Assistance:
Discussed with center director Daily Health Observation.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:10 am-11:45am. 11 children were in care with 5 staff members present. Children were observed engaged playing in centers, using the sensory table with water and fish, painting and using the indoor play area. A selection of staff/children records, emergency drill records and plans were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Training records were reviewed for staff.
