63.2 Child Abuse and Neglect

Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, 5/21/18. Upon arrival to the center the classrooms were finishing breakfast, brushing teeth and washing hands. Table sanitizing was also observed. The classrooms began their daily schedules which include going outside, circle time, and center play. There are three classrooms with 48 children with nine teaching staff, one site supervisor, and two kitchen staff. There are two new staff since the last inspection. A review of five children's records and five staff records was conducted. Medications were also reviewed. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your licensing inspector. Inspection began: 9:15 am ended 11:45 am.
