An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 12:20 PM and ending at 2:30 PM. There were 156 children, ages three months through five years old, in care during the inspection. The infants were observed being held by staff and playing with manipulatives. The older children were observed during nap time. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Thirteen medications were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was observed and in compliance. The most recent fire inspection was documented as 9/20/17.The most recent health inspection was documented as 10/3/17. Standard #: VENDSUB-000-006-B-11 Description: Based on a review of documentation, the center did not have a written allergy care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy. Evidence: Child A did not have an allergy action plan in their record. Plan of Correction: All children with allergies will have a written allergy plan in their record.
