Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 64 children with 4 staff present during the inspection. Children were observed arriving after school, attendance taken and personal belongings were placed in individual bins. A variety of activities were observed such as tie dying projects, table top games, doll house and tree house toys and coloring. Some children were observed reading quietly. Bathroom and handwashing procedures were observed and a nice transition to snack time was made. Snack today was milk and cheerios or crackers. A total of 7 children records were reviewed and found complete. All medications were inspected. MAT (medication administration training) training, Daily Health Observation training and first aid/CPR certifications were checked today. Staff records are reviewed annually in the administrative office. One substitute staff member on site today. This inspection began at 2:15pm and ended at 3:45pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
