The inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 6/8/2018 in regards to a complaint received concerning care of a child. Interviews were held with staff and records were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation so the complaint is determined to be not substantiated. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981 with any questions.
