An unannounced investigation was conducted to investigate a compliant regarding care, protection, and guidance, staff-to-child ratios, and nutrition and food services. The investigation was conducted with the director beginning at 10:00 AM and ending at 12:10 PM. Four staff interviews were conducted. Classroom observations were conducted. It was determined that the complaint was not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence to substantiate the allegations.
