The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on June 8, 2018 regarding allegations about the safety of the children in care. The inspection was completed on June 26, 2018. The inspector was on site from10:30am to 11:45am. Interviews with staff and families were completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
