Technical Assistance:
Please review staff files to assure that staff have the new Sworn disclosure that includes the Out of state in the last 5 years question. Please check with HR to assure that staff who have gone to get Fingerprint checks have them on file.

Comments:
An Unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 11:55 and ending at 1:45. There were 74 children attending Summer Camp at this school today. Children were observed participating in small group activities, playing outside on the playground, eating lunch and having ID's made by Prince William County Sheriffs Office. There were 6 staff supervising children. The Area Manager was also on site. Reviewed medication for 7 children - all documentation was complete Reviewed 6 staff files - complete Reviewed 9 children's files - complete Emergency escape drills were up to date as are shelter in place.
