Upon arrival of the inspector, there were fifteen children in care with two staff. It was reported that no medication is administered to children in care. Morning activities and snack service were observed. A sample size of two staff records and five childrens records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
