63.2 Licensure and Registration Procedures

Thank you for your time and assistance with the announced inspection conducted on August 1, 2018. The purpose of the inspection was to tour the Crozet Elementary School before you begin care at this new location in August. The on-site inspection of was from 4:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The center was closed for the summer. The classroom was observed and measured for capacity, and the other areas of the school which will be used for care where toured, including the cafeteria, gymnasium, library, and any school rest rooms that might be used by the children. The outdoor play area was observed. There were no violations of the licensing standards issued during the inspection.
