An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with a Licensing Renewal Inspection. There were 56 children present, ages 7 weeks - 11 years. There were 10 staff supervising. All classrooms were in appropriate ratio. Reviewed 5 staff files and 5 children's files - complete Reviewed 4 medications - complete Reviewed accident reports, emergency drills Reviewed emergency drills - see violation notice.

Standard #: VENDSUB-000-032-A Description: Based on a review of the Emergency drill log, it was determined that not all drills were completed. Evidence: There has been no Lockdown Drill conducted. Plan of Correction: Lockdown drills will be completed annually or more often if required by the Fire Marshall.
