08/27/2018 Arrived 9:55am Departed 11:05 am An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Nineteen children were present with two staff and a foster grandparent. The children were having small group activities, eating a snack, brushing their teeth and working in centers. Five children's files were reviewed. Two staff files were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted at the center and the main office. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact me if I may be of service.
