Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/22/18 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was made on 8/22/18. There were 27 children from four years of age through 12 years with three staff supervising. Five children's records and three staff records were reviewed. One additional staff record will need to be reviewed at a later date and the inspection will be completed at that time. One emergency medication was viewed for a child in care. The inspector arrived at the school at 3:00 pm and departed at 5:00 pm. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
