A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/24/18 from 11:00am to 12:40pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance there were 19 children ages four months old to seven years old in care with five staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms, playing outside, eating lunch and during rest period. The records for five children and for five staff were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
