An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on August 30, 2018, in response to a complaint received in the Valley Licensing Office on August 14, 2018 concerning diapering procedures, cleanliness of infants' clothing, infant activities, infant daily records and infant feeding. Interviews and/or discussion with staff was completed, available records were reviewed and classroom observations were completed. The preponderance of the evidence did not support the allegations and the complaint was, therefore, not valid. Discussion included diapering procedures and supplies, infant activities, documentation on daily infant forms/retaining copies of the daily forms and parent communication.
