An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on August 30, 2018, in response to a complaint received in the Valley Licensing Office on August 16, 2018 concerning infant activities. Interviews and/or discussion with staff was completed, available records were reviewed and classroom observations were completed. The preponderance of the evidence did not support the allegations and the complaint was, therefore, not valid. Discussion included infant activities and parent communication.
