An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 3:30pm-6pm. There were 112 children in the direct care and supervision of 10 staff. A sample of 10 children?s records, 10 staff records and 5 medications were reviewed. The children were observed playing on stage, playing in the gymnasium, crafting in the cafeteria, during transition, and during dismissal.
