An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/23/2018 with on-site inspections conducted on 07/31/2018 and 08/09/2018 in response to a self-reported incident of alleged inappropriate care of children. Based on staff interviews, a review of records and injury reports as well as classroom observation this allegation is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this monitoring inspection.
