An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/19/18 from 2:25 pm until 5:45 pm. At the time of the inspection 176 children were in care with 19 staff. The sample size consisted of 10 children's records, 10 staff's records, and three children's medications and supporting documents. Children and staff were observed during free indoor and outdoor play, hand washing, bathroom break, snack, clean-up after snack, story time, transitions, pick-up, and behavioral guidance.
