A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on September 26, 2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection was from 2:55 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. On this date, there were 27 children present in one group and in the care of three staff members. There were 56 children enrolled in the center. All four staff members' records and five children's records were reviewed and the program was observed. Five staff members and four children were interviewed. The medication and medication paperwork were reviewed for one child. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
