An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 9:20am-12pm. There were 18 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, 2 staff records and medications were reviewed. The children were observed playing on the playground, learning letters and numbers , reading books and engaged with staff. 2 new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Evidence: Cleaning powder labeled "keep out of reach of children" was found unlocked on top of a cabinet. Plan of Correction: That will be locked out of the reach of children immediately.
