Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the director, who was present with 4 additional staff and 45 children. The children were in process of washing hands before their snack ( celery, carrots and dip). After snack, they returned to bathroom to wash hands and then went outside onto the playground. Five staff and eight children's files were reviewed today. Medications for five children were inspected and there were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 4:10 pm Departure time: 5: 20 pm
