A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on 10/ 05/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 11:00 a.m. and ended at 1:30 p.m. There were 12 children in care with 3 staff. The children were observed being read to, playing outside and inside, washing hands, and eating lunch . Six staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
