Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 4:30 p.m. and ending at 5:45 p.m. with the director, two staff and EEC teacher. There were 58 children in care ranging in age from 5 years to eleven years of age. Children were observed in groups working on homework with the EEC teacher, having quiet time or homework time with one staff and the director or were in the computer lab. After quiet time, children participated in a group game. Sixteen medications and authorizations were reviewed. Seven children's records and six staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills were posted and up to date. Emergency supplies and the first aid kit were reviewed.
