Discussed spacing cots through the classroom to ensure a minimum of 12 inches in between. Discussed the acquisition of Nobel and a new CEO. As discussed, please forward background checks for this individual before your licensing renewal.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 107 children with 19 staff present during the inspection. Majority of classes were observed napping. Walk thru of some classrooms was conducted. The classrooms were decorated with fall decorations, preparation underway for a trunk or treat. Staff observed sitting next to children during nap time. A total of 10 children's records and 4 staff records were reviewed today. Some medications were inspected and authorizations found complete. Thank you for your cooperation today.
