Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/31/18 from 10:50am to 12:50pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance there were 22 children ages three years old to five years old in care with five staff. Children were observed participating in various activities in the classrooms, playing outside, eating lunch, and during rest period. The records for five children and for five staff were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.

New subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirement(s): 22VAC40-665-500 Children's allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions; 22VAC40-665-770 Emergency operations. The Licensing Inspector reviewed this requirement with the facility to ensure future compliance.
