Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, October 31, 2018 to determine the center's compliance with licensing standards. There were 91 children present, ranging in age from 2 years to five years, with nine staff actively supervising. Children were observed finishing lunch, having rest, and getting picked up by parents. Today's lunch consisted of meatballs, green beans, apples, a dinner roll, and milk. The children's seasonal artwork is nicely displayed throughout the facility. Nine children's records and four staff records were reviewed and are in compliance. Two medications for two children were reviewed and are in compliance. Four staff are current in Medication Administration Training. The last health inspection was conducted 5/9/2018. The last fire inspection was conducted 6/21/2018.
