A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/05/18 to review supplemental health and safety requirements An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:00am-12:00pm. Upon arrival there were 31 children in care with 8 staff present. During the inspection the inspector reviewed 8 staff records and 3 children's record in addition to 1 medication. Children were observed entering the building, during circle time, being read a story and playing with manipulatives. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
