Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observation, hazardous substances were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: 1. A right side unlocked cabinet above the sink had 5 cleaning products inside and the cabinet lock was not in the locked position and opened without a key. Plan of Correction: Remind staff to keep the cabinets locked and when opening and closing the cabinets, make sure they are locked back.
