Technical Assistance:
Consultation provided on being proactive in removing or repairing rugs that start to fray. The original license must be posted- not a copy. Consultation provided on staff twirling the children around which could cause a child to become dizzy and fall and hurt themselves-if this is going on- please discontinue immediately.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director, two sites were combined at this location with fifty-three children and four staff present. The children were divided into three zones and then rotated through the other zones during the inspection. Four staff and eight children's files were reviewed as well as a sample size of 8 medications for 7 children were inspected. Arrival time: 10:05 am Departure time 11: 15 am
