The classroom was clean and organized with age appropriate materials. Staff were observed interacting with the children. The children appeared to enjoy their day and the activities. A sample of 5 children's records and 3 partial staff records was reviewed. Complete staff records were reviewed on September 18, 2018 at the administrative office. Documentation of the annual fire and health inspections was current. The first aid kit and posted emergency numbers were observed. A prescribed medication was observed in the Center.
