The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection, at which play groups, activities, music time, outdoor time, personal hygiene, and lunch time were observed. Children were observed; and staff and children files and other documentation were reviewed. Nineteen (19) children, aged 3 months-4 years, were found to be in care with 4 staff and the director. Previous violations were reviewed, and had been corrected. Please contact me if you need further assistance. Thank you for your cooperation. This inspection began at 9:30am and concluded at 12:15pm.
