Arrived 10:00am Departed 1:15 pm A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/27/2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are listed on the violation notice. New subsidy requirements became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility has not yet complied with the following requirements: 22VAC40-665-650; 22VAC40-665-770 ? The facility is to review the new requirements and work with their assigned inspector to ensure future compliance. Thank you for your cooperation. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-780-A-3 Description: Based on a review of the emergency drills log and an interview with the director, the facility failed to conduct all required drills. Evidence: 1. There has been no documentation of a lockdown emergency drill. Plan of Correction: The director will insure that a lockdown emergency drill is conducted at least annually.
