63.2(17) License & Registration Procedures

Comments:
A renewal study was conducted with the director, There were 17 children in care between the ages of 13 months to three years old. The children were observed during rest time and free play. All staff were current in first-aid and CPR with eight staff current in MAT. All the required paper work was posted and up to date. The inspection time was 12:00pm to 3:15pm. Description: Based on review of ten staff records not all had completed the Office of Background Investigations finger printing. Evidence: Board member's A,B and C did not complete OBI fingerprinting All with hire dates of 6/28/18.

Plan of Correction: I contacted the main office on 12/12/18 requesting the results of the back ground checks for the board members.
