- Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was provided regarding the new subsidy requirements that became effective on October 17, 2018. The facility is to review the new requirements.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 10:00am & 1:00pm, there were 50 children with 10 staff members. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
