An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 6:40 AM and ending at 8:00 AM in conjunction with a monitoring inspection. There were 13 children in the care of two staff members during the inspection. The children's ages ranged between 5 and 12 years old. The children were observed creating mazes and working with miniature robots. Ten children's records and two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed and in compliance. One allergy care plan was reviewed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent fire inspection was dated 6/23/17. The most recent health inspection was dated 6/6/18.
