Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted was conducted on January 7, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. through 2:15 p.m. There were sixty-four children in the care of twelve staff. Seven children's records and eight staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for two children. Areas observed were: outside play, circle activities, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, transition, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule.
